Advice and process for patient who has International Insurance
- 1. Complete registration by E-mail or telephone
- 2. Name, DOB, Policy No. or other information that required by Insurance Company
- 3. Contact Insurance Company for request the Letter of Guarantee.
- 4. Please contact us by E-mail: sriphat.intertpps@yahoo.com
- 5. Must be received the Letter of Guarantee before visit for OPD service or before discharge for IPD service
- 6. Confirm the coverage by Foreign Team
